This policy covers how we handle personal data in connection with the Impevia website (impevia.ai) and the demo scheduling process. It does not cover data processed within deployed instances of Impevia, which runs entirely within the customer's own environment and infrastructure.

Demo scheduling
When you request a demo through impevia.ai, you are directed to our scheduling tool (cal.com) to book a meeting. The information you provide during this process — such as your name, email address, and organization — is collected and processed by cal.com on our behalf.
We use this information solely to schedule and conduct the demo meeting. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Cal.com acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at cal.com/privacy.
Website analytics
We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Impevia website. This does not involve tracking individual users across other websites or selling data to third parties. Where cookies are used for this purpose, you will be informed via our cookie notice.
How long we keep your data
Contact details collected through demo scheduling are retained for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship with you or your organization. If you would like your data removed, contact us at the address below.
